Subscriptions
How Do SinglesSwag subscriptions work?
Once a month, you'll receive a beautifully designed box packed full of exciting full-sized products, right at your doorstep. The retail value of the box will always be MORE THAN TRIPLE the cost of the box - guaranteed. It's as simple as that!
How Does The One-Time Shop Work?
Everything in the one-time shop is a one-time purchase, not tied to a subscription. All items including limited-edition and special-edition curated mystery boxes are available only while supplies last.
When will my box ship?
We ship monthly subscription boxes on a consistent schedule each month and begin shipping around the 25th day of the month.
Your first box will ship within two business days after your place your order.
Can I track my box?
Yes! You will receive a link to manage your subscription and track your order.
When will my subscription renew?
If you sign up for Singles Swag on or before the 16th day of each month, you are charged initially when you sign up and your first box shipped is within a few days. You will be charged again at the end of that month, prior to shipping the next month’s box. Your next renewal will be on the 16th of the month for the following month's box.
How do I cancel or change my subscription?
If you ever need to cancel your subscription, you can cancel anytime by emailing us at admin@singlesswag.com or by accessing your account profile. Cancellation requests must be received by the 15th calendar day of the month prior to our next delivery. If you cancel your Singles Swag subscription prior to the end of a 3, 6 or 12 month prepaid term, you will still receive the remaining boxes included in the prepaid subscription. We are not able to issue refunds on boxes that are ordered and canceled prior to receipt of the first box.
Shipping & Returns
When will my order ship?
Orders from our one-time shop typically ship within two business days.
We ship monthly subscription boxes on a consistent schedule each month and begin shipping around the 25th day of the month.
Where and how do we ship?
We ship worldwide. Please allow for longer delivery to APO addresses and outside the United States. We typically ship via USPS in the United States and may use other carriers for international shipments.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally. Please note, all prices in USD. Taxes and fees are not included in price paid. Foreign exchange or transaction fees may apply to non US customers. SinglesSwag is not responsible for any applicable governmental taxes/custom fees for international shipments that may arise.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free for all orders shipping to addresses in the continental US.
HI, AK and international orders:
Order total $0-$50 $19.99
Order total $50.01-$150 $34.99
Order total $150.01-$250 $49.99
Order total $250.01 and up $64.99
Can I track my shipment?
Yes, you will receive an shipment confirmation email with tracking information. You can also check order details and tracking in your customer portal.
What is your return policy?
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Returns
All sales from our one-time shop are final. Monthly subscription orders may be returned if we are notified within 14 days of delivery (notification can be made via email at admin@singlesswag.com). We are happy to offer free shipping on all orders within the Continuous USA, but do not offer paid shipping on returns.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
